shipping policy

At jardin flora, we strive to process and ship all orders within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, jardin flora is no longer responsible for the delivery. Any issues regarding delivery, including delays, damages, or lost items, must be directed to the respective shipping provider.

jardin flora is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once the shipment is in transit.

 

return policy


jardin flora offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. jardin flora does not provide return shipping labels.

Please ensure that a return request is submitted prior to sending any items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

exchanges

for the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
